Multiple Shipments

Incorrect Shipping Information

Braided Bandita Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Braided Bandita Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist if needed.
