Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with applicable tags attached

  • Returns must be approved before sending items back

Approved returns will be issued store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Sizing disclaimer:
“Please refer to size charts before ordering. We are not responsible for fit issues.”

Color variation disclaimer (important for jewelry):
“Natural stones may vary slightly in color and pattern. Variations are not considered defects.”

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue store credit if applicable.
